As a Key Holder at Vuori, your mission is to create meaningful connections with customers, embodying our brand values through exceptional product knowledge and a positive demeanor. You'll play a vital role in guiding the team to uphold Vuori's high standards in retail sales and customer experiences. This position requires you to open and close the store, as well as report key performance indicators (KPIs) as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure each customer enjoys the finest shopping experience.
- Take charge of the sales floor, prioritizing customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers in finding sizes, and provide honest and knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by sharing product insights, updates, and inviting them to events.
- Stay informed about new arrivals and top-selling items, sharing this knowledge with customers and the team.
Business Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets within a commission-based environment.
- Enhance product knowledge in the fashion and active-wear sectors to offer expert advice to customers.
- Guide the team in executing projects while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate inventory needs to align with business objectives.
Ownership and Leadership
- Partner with the Retail Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, sales strategies, and team management.
- Lead the team in maintaining store cleanliness, restocking products, and visual merchandising.
- Exercise responsibility and adhere to safety protocols during store opening and closing.
- Encourage team members to uphold punctuality and fulfill their roles to the fullest.
