Your Role as a Key Lead
As a Key Lead, you will enhance the in-store experience for our customers while supervising the team. Your leadership will guide Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in driving the store's performance and achieving daily sales goals.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Executing opening and closing routines
- Demonstrating product knowledge and brand awareness
- Understanding business operations
- Thinking proactively
- Paying attention to detail
- Utilizing the register/point of sales systems
- Implementing asset protection strategies
- Managing visual displays
- Employing system skills
- Adhering to work schedule requirements
Work Schedule:
- Expect to work between 12-16 hours per week
- Availability required on weekends and certain holidays
- Hours will increase during peak business periods
