Acting as the Floor Supervisor, you will provide essential guidance and coaching to our Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a vital member of the store leadership team, you will drive performance on the sales floor through enhanced customer engagement and motivating your team to achieve daily sales targets.

Oversee opening and closing routines
Develop product knowledge and brand awareness
Understand business operations and strategy
Demonstrate proactive thinking
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail
Utilize register and point-of-sale systems
Implement asset protection strategies
Maintain visual merchandising displays
Demonstrate proficiency in relevant systems
Adapt to varied work schedules
• Expect a varied weekly schedule, with a minimum of 12-16 hours per week. • Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays. • During peak periods, hours may increase to meet business needs.
