As a Key Lead, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing a people-centric employee experience grounded in authenticity, integrity, inclusion, equity, and empathy. You will assist the store leadership team in crafting extraordinary experiences and fostering a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers. Your presence on the sales floor will help cultivate an atmosphere where team members can reach their full potential while exemplifying our core values.
In your position as an integral part of the store's leadership team, you will be actively engaged in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Your performance expectations encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
Team Leadership

- Engage in the store’s recognition initiatives alongside the leadership team, cultivating a collaborative, friendly, and enjoyable work atmosphere.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding our product philosophy and operational standards for the team.
- Oversee daily staffing needs and complete operational coverage duties.
- Lead team communications through shift meetings, sharing essential updates and information.
