As a Keyholder (Supervisor) in our London store, you will become an essential part of our retail team, ensuring that each day presents new and exciting challenges.
Your Role:
You will report directly to the Store Director, and your primary duties will include:
- Delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience: Prioritize the customer experience, provide a personalized welcome, and demonstrate proactivity and expertise in service. Utilize omnichannel approaches to meet customer needs and share product knowledge.
- Acting as the Floor Manager's Ambassador: Maintain a comprehensive view of the floor, ensuring your team's effectiveness and motivation while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Upholding the Brand Image: Ensure that the team embodies our brand ethos in appearance and attitude, participate in collection launches, and maintain the store's aesthetic standards.
