Join the Koch Internship Program (KIP), a rewarding 12-week paid experiential learning opportunity managed by
Stand Together Fellowships. This program provides participants with invaluable work experience at non-profit organizations across the U.S. that address some of the country’s most significant challenges. Candidates must reside within the U.S. and possess authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
During your internship, you will gain hands-on professional experience with a partner organization while engaging in professional development activities. This includes a two-day, in-person summit at the Stand Together Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, complemented by virtual sessions every other Thursday from 1-4 PM ET. Interns can expect a stipend of either $7,500 for full-time (32 hours/week) or $5,500 for part-time (24 hours/week) positions.
The programming provided by Stand Together Fellowships is centered around three core objectives:
1. Grasping the essential principles of a free society, including individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and the rule of law;
2. Understanding the Stand Together community's
vision for societal change and how a principled approach to problem-solving can tackle major challenges; and
3. Identifying pathways to build a career dedicated to advancing liberty and a free society.
Successful applicants will interview with both non-profit partner organizations and Stand Together Fellowships staff. We strongly encourage early applications!
Please be aware that all Koch Internship Program interns must be available every Thursday from 1-4 PM ET for virtual professional development training and attend the in-person summit at Stand Together's Headquarters in Arlington, VA, on June 3-4.
