KYC Compliance Representative
Role Overview - As a KYC Compliance Representative at Payoneer, you will be pivotal in the client onboarding process, reviewing and approving client documentation. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with the operations and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Authenticate and verify customer documents during the onboarding process to ensure compliance.
- Act as the point of contact for business escalations, offering insights and updates on cases while resolving issues promptly and accurately.
- Identify potential challenges or opportunities arising from daily operations and escalate to management for further action.
- Participate in and assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with team and business objectives.
- Adhere rigorously to both local and global KYC standards and procedures.

- Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A quick learner with strong adaptability to changes.
- Effective at collaborating and communicating across different teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing issues.
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of KYC regulations is a plus.
For Internal Candidates
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in Payoneer’s Customer Care or Operations roles.
- Strong performance and positive references from line managers.
