The Opportunity
As a Lab Services and Member Support Specialist at One Medical, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include providing venipuncture and other clinical support services, helping patients navigate an important aspect of their healthcare journey. As a patient ambassador, you will excel in human connection and possess a strong service orientation, effectively removing barriers to care and ensuring a remarkable in-office experience.
Your role will involve maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of the office space, aligned with the One Medical brand. You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide necessary support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or healthcare providers.
A true team player, you will employ your innovative problem-solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You will combine exemplary specimen collection techniques with tactful interpersonal skills during every patient interaction, both at the front desk and in the lab. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as you identify opportunities and deliver customer-centric solutions with empathy and compassion. You will embrace self-awareness to leverage your strengths while developing areas for improvement, thriving in a culture focused on feedback and growth.
