We are seeking a Large Enterprise Account Director to serve as a trusted advisor, dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients in the Enterprise sector across Singapore and Malaysia. In this senior strategic sales role, you will play a crucial part in guiding our clients to success in their talent strategies utilizing our Talent & Learning solutions. Your expertise in navigating complex client organizations, coupled with collaboration across internal teams, will drive outcomes that elevate our customers’ experiences.
This is a 12-month contractual opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on customers' businesses and prepare insightful questions prior to meetings.
- Utilize layered, open-ended inquiries to uncover and clarify customers' objectives and challenges beyond the surface.
- Establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders within customer organizations at all levels.
