Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary AI Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of advanced generative AI capabilities within Raspberry’s creative intelligence platform. This leader will be responsible for the evolution of our suite of creative AI tools, which encompasses image generation, editing, and comprehensive design workflows. You will orchestrate how models, orchestration, and evaluations are integrated to provide consistent and impactful design experiences for our clients, ensuring the technical excellence and robustness of the AI systems powering our offerings.
This position bridges research, engineering, and product development, influencing the intersection of creativity, collaboration, and impact within the fashion ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the technical roadmap for Raspberry’s creative AI tools, focusing on image generation, editing, and end-to-end design processes.
Mentor a talented team of ML engineers and researchers, enhancing experimentation, code quality, system architecture, and overall impact.
Design and refine model orchestration systems to enhance quality, controllability, and realism in generated designs.
Conduct applied research and rapid prototyping on diffusion and other generative models, implementing the most effective strategies into production.
Prototype and optimize end-to-end design workflows for designers within Raspberry, translating ideas into robust production features.
Collaborate extensively with product, design, and engineering teams to refine creative workflows, set quality benchmarks, and shape the roadmap for AI-driven features.
Evaluate and integrate new methodologies, frameworks, and open-source contributions to maintain a competitive edge in AI advancements.
