Your Responsibilities:
- As the inaugural Pinterest member in the Melbourne market, you will operate with autonomy to expand your portfolio and drive growth for two major Australian retail groups.
- Utilize your robust Melbourne network and enthusiasm for customer experience to foster in-person engagements, delivering an exceptional partnership experience to established retail clients and their holding companies.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through engaging face-to-face interactions and strategic consulting.
- Develop long-term plans and educational agendas for your clients, leveraging your expertise in Measurement and Performance.
- Plan 6-12 months ahead to provide substantial strategic value to your clients, aligning insights and proposals with their planning cycles.
- Demonstrate versatility by focusing on long-term strategies while swiftly addressing short-term requests as necessary.
- Collaborate with Retail Media teams to create Go-to-Market plans, ensuring sales and product teams are equipped to successfully pitch and execute Pinterest initiatives.
- Work alongside the Pinterest CPG team to ensure collaboration and shared success in grocery retail media activities, crafting a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Represent Pinterest with integrity and expertise, serving as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies, occasionally taking the lead in the Melbourne market, especially in collaboration with Pinterest Agency Leads on events.
- Exhibit exceptional internal collaboration skills, working with support teams like measurement and creative strategy to meet client needs and objectives.
- Possess strong communication skills, as your Senior Client Account Manager will be based in Sydney along with your extended team.
