Customers place orders through the DoorDash app, and our dedicated team prepares, picks, and packs these orders in our physical DashMart locations for swift delivery by our Dashers. We are on the lookout for a dynamic leader to help elevate our in-house food program and expand our culinary reach.
About the Role
As the Lead Culinary Trainer for DashMart Kitchens, you will be the driving force behind training local operators, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver our culinary concepts effectively. You will collaborate closely with our Culinary, Kitchen Operations, and Project Management teams to implement quality assurance measures. Your insights and leadership will be vital in cultivating a high-performing kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Launching New Concepts: Engage hands-on with Site Operators to provide training and support, ensuring that all team members adhere to recipes and operational procedures.
- Continuous Training and Development: Support site teams through regular training sessions and audits, promoting consistent operational standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Flexible Scheduling: Adapt your schedule to meet the needs of site teams, ensuring effective training coverage throughout various shifts.
