About the job
Pluralis Research is at the forefront of Protocol Learning — a revolutionary decentralized method for training and deploying AI models, empowering individuals instead of just well-funded corporations. By aggregating computational resources from numerous contributors, incentivizing their participation, and ensuring that no single entity can monopolize the full model weights, we are forging a truly open and collaborative pathway to advanced AI technologies.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Developer Relations Lead to serve as the essential link between Pluralis's innovative research and the wider machine learning and systems community. Your role will involve distilling complex, cutting-edge research topics (such as distributed training, communication-efficient model parallelism, and fault-tolerant optimization) into clear, engaging, and accessible content for researchers, engineers, and developers.
This role transcends traditional marketing; it requires a deep understanding of our research papers and architecture, enabling you to articulate these concepts effectively through various mediums such as blog posts, conference presentations, and social media interactions. You will be the voice of our technical community and the representative of Pluralis's contributions.

Foster direct interactions with researchers and engineers in the fields of machine learning, distributed systems, and decentralized computing. Maintain a credible presence in communities such as Hacker News, Reddit (r/MachineLearning, r/LocalLLaMA), and relevant Discord servers.
Conference Representation: Act as Pluralis's ambassador at major machine learning conferences (ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS). Deliver presentations, conduct demonstrations, and build relationships with the research community in person.
Contributor Support: Enhance the onboarding and communication process for GPU contributors involved in our training initiatives. Develop documentation, guides, and troubleshooting resources to facilitate this experience.
Multimedia Production: Create and edit video content, including paper walkthroughs, research explainers, and contributor tutorials. Oversee the management of our YouTube channel.
