Role Overview
As a Lead Direct Sales Representative, you will spearhead efforts to promote residential subscriptions through proactive door-to-door engagements in homes and multi-unit dwellings. You will report directly to the local CAM.
In this position, you will:
- Co-lead a team of door-to-door sales representatives by providing coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales growth targets within your territory while prospecting new residential customers for Google Fiber’s services.
- Assist the team in building a robust lead pipeline through ongoing outreach and effective follow-up via phone and email.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills both internally and externally, collaborating with other Google Fiber team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Google Fiber’s offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to potential customers.
