About the Role
▼ Introduction to the Sales Strategy Department
The Sales Strategy Department at PayPay serves as a hub that connects business objectives with our partners, aiming to maximize corporate value through effective sales guidance.
▼ Recruitment Background
Our team is increasingly leveraging AI across various specialized tasks, including:
• Creating data analysis reports
• Planning and monitoring sales initiatives
• Overseeing sales support operations
• Organizing information and preparing documents
However, our current setup is limited in resources, and we lack the implementation capabilities necessary to turn PoCs into practical tools.
The following skills are particularly desired:
• Engineering skills to transition PoCs to operational use
• Development capabilities for lightweight AI applications using Dify and Python
• Ability to understand business needs and organize requirements for effective planning
To support the growth of our Sales Strategy Department and accelerate AI integration, we are expanding our team.
▼ Introduction to the AI Promotion Team
This position is part of a specialized team dedicated to implementing AI across various departments, maximizing productivity and decision-making speed.
We are characterized by our ability to swiftly transition from PoCs to implementation, playing a central role in enhancing operational efficiency within the Sales Strategy Department.
【Specific Responsibilities】
- AI Solution Development
- Developing LLM applications using Dify (RAG search, report generation, summarization, support tools, etc.)
- Creating PoCs/lightweight prototypes using Python and our internal AI development kit
- Implementing small-scale applications including API integration
- Improving and optimizing PoC deliverables for field implementation
- Organizing Business Requirements and Planning AI Utilization
- Understanding data analysis, sales strategy planning, and operational workflows to clarify challenges
- Defining AI utilization directions and leading PoC design to implementation
- Driving projects in collaboration with other departments and specialized engineers
- Standardizing and Expanding AI Utilization
- Template creation for reusable RAG and agent configurations
- Organizing and modeling AI utilization know-how
- Exploring the potential for expansion within and outside the Sales Strategy Department
