- As a Lead Generator in our dynamic team, you will:
Drive new customer acquisition for Microsoft Cloud by leveraging up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
Articulate Cloud value propositions that resonate with customer business goals and IT initiatives, utilizing your expertise in solution selling and cloud-based technologies.
Deliver comprehensive technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
Enhance your technical knowledge to present innovative ideas that foster customer success in the cloud.
Differentiate competitive offerings and solutions by aligning them with customer experiences and requirements.
Conduct audits and validate implementation needs and pricing estimates to ensure customers receive accurate forecasts on anticipated service costs.
Showcase aspects of technical and business solutions to potential customers.
Perform rapid technical feasibility assessments and develop tailored proposals for identified customer solutions.
Achieve a Level 300 understanding of Cloud offerings and utilize all available training resources. A minimum of Fundamentals certification is required, while L200 certification is preferred.
Serve as the primary technical liaison for the SMB Vendor Tele team with prospective clients.
Facilitate group and individual training sessions at the Center on your areas of expertise.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
Continuously research and stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing to benefit both our clients and our competitive landscape.
