The Lead – Government & Strategic Partnerships is pivotal in fostering relationships with governmental agencies and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining senior-level government connections
- Positioning Bosch Mobility Platform Solutions (MPS) within extensive tolling, traffic management, and smart city initiatives
- Leading and structuring consortium-based bids
- Formulating long-term strategic alliances with system integrators and infrastructure entities
- Facilitating execution through key portfolio verticals, particularly in Utilization and Digital Infrastructure
This position is crucial for establishing access, credibility, and activating the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Government Engagement
- Develop relationships with:
- National and state transport authorities
- Municipal corporations
- Smart City Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)
- Highway and corridor authorities
- Promote MPS platforms in large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Monitor policy changes and regulatory updates in tolling and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)
2. Qualified Pipeline Creation
- Create and sustain a defined B2G opportunity pipeline aligned with annual revenue objectives
- Ensure the pipeline's value meets or exceeds three times the annual B2G revenue target
3. Bid Participation & Consortium Activation
- Lead involvement in targeted tenders that align with the revenue strategy
- Activate strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) necessary for successful deal closure
4. Revenue Closure
- Directly contribute to achieving B2G-linked revenue through:
- Tolling (GNSS / MLFF)
- Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS)
- Smart parking and utilization platforms
5. Consortium & Partnership Structuring
- Identify and activate strategic partnerships with:
- Major system integrators (SIs)
- EPC and infrastructure firms
- ITS technology companies
- Urban infrastructure operators
- Structure revenue-sharing and co-delivery models
- Lead consortium formation for significant bids
6. Tender & Bid Strategy
- Assess and prioritize tenders consistent with platform strategy
- Oversee internal bid orchestration
- Ensure commercial, technical, and risk alignment is structured
- Maintain governance discipline regarding substantial infrastructure bids
