Role Summary
We are in search of an exceptional Growth Marketing Lead who excels in high-performance settings and is eager to utilize cutting-edge tools to achieve remarkable results. The Growth Marketing Lead will take complete ownership of the paid growth strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of complex, high-investment client accounts.
This role entails comprehensive responsibility, encompassing goal setting, media buying, creative direction, experimentation, and performance reporting, all while collaborating directly with founders and senior marketing executives.
Primary Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy Development
Assume full accountability for a portfolio of intricate, high-investment accounts, acting as the sole point of performance responsibility.
Identify performance obstacles, devise strategic solutions, and implement them independently.
Oversee a comprehensive growth strategy from acquisition to activation, prioritizing CAC, payback periods, and pipeline impact beyond just platform ROAS.
Spot opportunities to venture into new channels and construct data-driven justifications for growth.
Create and uphold pacing models and budget forecasts.
Campaign Oversight & Experimentation
Execute hands-on management of campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms as required.
Develop and assess experimental campaigns to drive continuous improvement in performance metrics.
