This pivotal role involves managing the release of information (ROI) and processing medical record requests with efficiency and accuracy, delivering exceptional quality and customer service. You will be responsible for protecting patient privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals access medical information, while adhering to all compliance requirements, including HIPAA regulations. This is an intermediate-level opportunity requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant Health Information Management (HIM) experience.
THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION - ONSITE WORK REQUIRED AS NEEDED.

SHIFT: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, MONDAY - FRIDAY.
Your Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and process patient health information requests in line with company and facility policies.
- Uphold confidentiality and security for all sensitive information.
- Maintain proficiency in company and facility software systems.
- Comply with company and customer facility codes of conduct and policies.
- Communicate any work-related challenges or volume fluctuations to management.
- Support additional duties as required.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in handling medical records.
