Your New Role
Execute residential HVAC replacement system installations in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
Lead complete system change-outs from start to finish.
Complete most installations within a single workday.
Safeguard customer homes utilizing floor savers, drop cloths, and proper cleaning practices.
Inspect and verify all components of each installation prior to job completion.
Provide homeowners with an explanation of system operation and ensure satisfaction before departure.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
Train and support installation assistants to enhance efficiency and quality.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols on job sites and while driving.
Accurately complete installation paperwork in a timely manner.
Meet production and quality standards established by management.
Comply with company policies, Code of Ethics, and team guidelines.
