Role Overview
The Learning & Development Lead will design and manage a modern, scalable ecosystem that enhances Gapstars’ “people product” and directly contributes to client success. This position will revolutionize training into a systematic “Operating System,” establishing defined role-based pathways, comprehensive manager support, and measurable performance metrics. The ultimate goal is to create a high-impact, low-administration model that strengthens our community's capabilities and empowers our leaders while providing tangible evidence of skills that facilitate our commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academy Design & Learning Pathways
Develop and implement the "Gapstars Academy" with a reliable quarterly schedule for employees and leaders.
Create standardized, role-specific learning pathways for key groups (Team Leads, Community Specialists, Engineers) while remaining adaptable to specific client or project needs.
Design structured learning journeys that encompass the entire employee lifecycle: from onboarding to performance support and future career development.
2. Leadership Development & Manager Support
Create and implement practical toolkits and learning initiatives focused on essential leadership skills: providing feedback, detecting burnout, and navigating difficult conversations.
Facilitate effective coaching and mentoring strategies to elevate leadership capabilities across the organization.
