We are on the lookout for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Battery Systems. This pivotal role involves spearheading the scaling of our battery production, enhancing operational efficiency, and minimizing costs across our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will champion continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization, ensuring that new products are seamlessly integrated into production. Enhancements will stem not only from the manufacturing line but also through collaboration with the design team to incorporate Design For Manufacturability (DFM) principles. The ideal candidate will excel in improving quality, cycle times, capacity, and cost-effectiveness while simultaneously preparing for increased production rates.
As a leader, you will possess a solid foundation in Lean Manufacturing, adeptly balancing immediate challenges with long-term strategic planning. You will mentor and guide a team of manufacturing engineers, cultivating a culture focused on innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
