Oversee the Mobile B2C P&L, managing revenue, profit margins, acquisition and retention costs, and device economics.
Develop and implement the mobile portfolio strategy, encompassing prepaid, postpaid, SIM-only options, bundles, and FMC.
Take charge of pricing, promotional campaigns, and strategies for competitive positioning.
Foster subscriber growth through retail, digital platforms, telesales, and strategic partnerships.
Lead initiatives aimed at reducing churn and enhancing customer value management.
Maximize ARPU through upselling, cross-selling, roaming services, and value-added offerings.
Manage device strategy, including vendor relations, product range, subsidies, and inventory control.
Collaborate with Network and Technology teams to ensure alignment between service offerings and technical capabilities.
Act as a cross-departmental leader, influencing teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Value Management, Digital, Finance, Network, and Operations.
Conduct forecasting and budgeting with precise growth, churn, ARPU, and cost assumptions.
Prepare presentations and performance updates for the board level.
Build and lead a high-performing team with well-defined KPIs and accountability.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards set by Maltese telecommunications authorities.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer behavior to keep the strategy adaptive and relevant.
