What You’ll Do Here:
Oversee a seven-figure offline marketing budget, establishing and adhering to ambitious KPIs across Terrestrial Radio, TV, Streaming, and new channels.
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that includes both existing and new channels, focusing on creative and media/channel tests.
Collaborate with our internal creative team and external agency partners, leveraging AI tools to produce impactful, customer-oriented creative across various formats (e.g., radio scripts, video content, TV commercials).
Work closely with external agencies to execute media buys and optimize local purchasing strategies.
Create and maintain weekly reporting dashboards, analyzing the underlying reasons behind campaign performance.
Gain an in-depth understanding of our customer journey, ensuring your channels generate high-quality leads.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
3+ years of experience in driving growth within a B2C performance marketing role.
Proven background in offline marketing, particularly in Radio, TV, and/or Direct Mail.
A passion for creative testing and a talent for developing compelling messaging that resonates with audiences.
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets with a focus on achieving target CPA or ROAS goals.
Familiarity with high-consideration/LTV products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a substantial seven-figure marketing budget, strategically allocated across both established and emerging channels. Our offline marketing has proven to be essential for our customer acquisition efforts, and we seek a results-oriented individual who can enhance our growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities and a passion for customer-centric messaging. Given that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial decisions in life, you will collaborate closely with our talented creative team to develop advertisements that inspire action while fostering trust. You will also coordinate with external agencies to implement media buys and manage daily channel operations. This position offers a unique chance for an offline marketing manager to amplify their impact.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing. While we prefer candidates based in New York, NY, we are also open to remote applicants in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, MA, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.
