The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Designer for our Agentic Product Experience and Design Platform, marking our most senior design role to date.
This is a high-level Individual Contributor design role created to tackle design challenges that are too critical and organizationally expansive to be resolved through standard team efforts alone.
As the sole accountable design owner of tem’s design platform and product experience, you will oversee interaction patterns, UI foundations, design tokens and components, design-to-code contracts, and AI-enhanced workflows that scale high craftsmanship.
You will function as a Lead Individual Contributor with the requisite authority, scope, and expectations.
