Join us as a Lead Product Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) at SCAYLE, where you will spearhead our product marketing strategy as an individual contributor. From your very first day, you'll take the reins in developing priorities, messaging, and go-to-market approaches. Your role will involve translating intricate platform functionalities into compelling business advantages for enterprise clients while playing a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the Product Marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for enterprise and B2B audiences.
- Create engaging messaging, positioning, and product narratives that set our offerings apart, grounded in customer insights, product roadmaps, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials, including case studies, playbooks, and pitch decks to facilitate product adoption.
- Launch and refine market programs in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams, determining target segments, messaging, and distribution strategies.
- Construct business cases for marketing initiatives, establish KPIs, set targets, and partner with Finance and Data teams to monitor metrics such as LTV and CAC, providing weekly, quarterly, and annual impact reports.
- Assist in annual marketing planning, track progress against objectives, and generate innovative ideas to address gaps and accelerate growth.
- Conduct market trend analyses, competitive assessments, and customer data evaluations to enhance go-to-market strategies.
