Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Production Test Engineer to oversee the development, implementation, and management of production test systems for our advanced LEO satellite payload and ground terminal systems. This pivotal leadership role within our Operations team is dedicated to ensuring the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of our state-of-the-art space and terrestrial hardware. The systems involved include intricate power, network, Radio Frequency (RF), baseband systems, and sophisticated phased array antennas. The Lead Engineer will collaborate closely with internal Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) engineering teams, as well as external Contract Manufacturers (CMs), to establish, execute, and sustain effective production testing methodologies, equipment, calibration protocols, production limits, and yield targets.

Key Responsibilities
Define and document comprehensive production test requirements, procedures, and specifications for all satellite payload modules and ground terminal systems.
Work collaboratively with HW and SW design teams to ensure Design for Test (DFT) principles are integrated into the product architecture from the earliest development stages.
Oversee the selection, procurement, deployment, and validation of all necessary production test equipment (ATE, custom fixtures, RF test sets, etc.) across both internal and CM facilities.
