We protect our country from flooding by maintaining our coastlines and conducting dredging operations in navigational channels to ensure ports remain accessible and deep enough. As the Lead Project Manager at Boskalis Nederland, you will play a pivotal role in the Europaterminal project at the Port of Antwerp, where we are collaborating with various partners to enhance the terminal through deepening and the installation of 1,200 meters of new quay walls. Your Responsibilities:
In your capacity as Lead Project Manager, you will oversee and direct project operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
This includes:
- Transforming project schedules into detailed plans and methods to efficiently and effectively realize the project according to contractual agreements (quality, timeline, and budget);
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of appropriate methods, personnel, and equipment;
- Identifying and reporting deviations from the contract and responding appropriately;
- Leading and mentoring project managers on-site operations, both land and marine;
- Regularly reporting on project progress to the Realization Manager and/or Project Manager, maintaining contact with partners and external stakeholders;
- Ensuring workplace safety in accordance with our safety program - NINA.
