Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinic operations to optimize productivity in collaboration with the RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations
- Ensure RBTs have adequate time for administrative tasks, including billing
- Assist with data management and support RBTs with learners
- Provide coverage for staff callouts to ensure service continuity
- Enhance client and staff safety as a supportive resource within the clinic
- Mentor and guide RBTs in their professional development
- Implement teaching procedures using discrete trial methods
- Facilitate skill generalization in natural settings employing formal strategies
- Utilize pivotal response treatment methods
- Encourage verbal behavior through structured procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children or adolescents in educational or ABA therapy settings (preferred)
- Current RBT certification
- Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in training others (preferred)
- Availability for after-hours, weekends, and holidays
- Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and safety
