Responsibilities:
The Lead Sales Consultant for Customer Experience will collaborate with the management team to foster an exceptional customer journey through effective leadership, transparent communication, unwavering integrity, and a deep passion for our brand. In conjunction with the management team, they will offer guidance and mentorship to Front End associates, ensuring continuous training on our business model. This individual will closely partner with our Print Services associates, taking responsibility for driving sales in Print Services while accurately assessing customer needs to guarantee satisfaction with each interaction. They will inspire and motivate associates to cultivate strong relationships, creating an environment that enhances customer retention. As an advocate for the customer, the Lead Sales Consultant will actively engage with customers to surpass their expectations, ensuring a positive experience and driving revenue through a robust sales culture. They will build lasting customer relationships and establish themselves as a trusted advisor by leveraging advanced selling techniques and product knowledge. Additionally, this role will act as a Change Champion, supporting the implementation of strategic changes.
In this position, the Lead Sales Consultant will also serve as a 'Key Carrier' and will be recognized as the Manager on Duty during their shifts.
