Our Regional Management Office (RMO) team plays a crucial role in collaborating with the supply management team to formulate business strategies and implement exciting projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring robust and sustainable relationships with Agoda's accommodation partners.
The Opportunity:
As a 'Regional Manager/Senior Manager, Regional Management Office', you will be pivotal in assisting the Regional VP, Country Director, and Operations & Strategy Head in defining and executing country strategies while driving the local implementation of global initiatives and innovations. Your analytical support and strategic insights will be essential in solving complex challenges and identifying new opportunities.
You'll excel at interpreting and realizing strategic business objectives, which includes project prioritization, planning, and establishing relevant KPIs while inspiring your team to achieve them. Your analytical expertise, marketplace insight, and operational savvy will guide you as you take ownership of projects and relentlessly drive them to completion.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Assist the Regional VP with regional and global initiatives
- Support the Country Director in crafting and executing country plans
- Plan, implement, and achieve KPIs
- Prioritize and plan projects effectively
- Develop new tools that enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Provide local teams with support on operational improvements
- Act as an ambassador for your countries to enhance Agoda's market presence
