Your expertise will be essential in various settings, including childcare centers, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, community spaces, clients' homes, and our clinics.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will inspire and empower your colleagues while fostering innovative approaches that lead to success stories for our participants every day. In this role, you will:
- Manage a personalized caseload based on your preferred hours, ensuring the delivery of timely therapeutic services.
- Conduct thorough assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning to enhance their daily living activities (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
- Implement complex therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior clinicians, enhancing their skills and professional growth.
- Collaborate with our broader multidisciplinary team, including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
