About the Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our UK team as the second design hire. This is a unique opportunity to influence the design direction in our highest-growth market, where you will have significant ownership and a broad scope of responsibilities.
You will become part of our newly established UK Product and Engineering team, focusing on the UK-centric product squad. Your role will involve designing for discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development for our award-winning app and internal tools. You will play a crucial role in crafting transformative patient experiences that are simple, evidence-based, and lead to meaningful health outcomes for thousands.
Additionally, you will help shape how design is integrated into our operations in the UK, influencing our research methodologies, tools, collaboration practices, and feedback processes.
