YOUR MISSION:
As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer - Spain (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will be instrumental in showcasing the true value of our conversational AI platform to clients. Your expertise will guide both prospects and existing customers through their technical journey, enabling you to craft tailored solutions, assess feasibility, and ensure that every interaction delivers tangible business outcomes. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will conduct discovery sessions, design architectures, facilitate technical evaluations, and ensure a seamless transition from initial discussions to successful project implementation.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Oversee the entire technical sales process, from identifying customer challenges to demonstrating effective solutions.
- Partner closely with assigned sales representatives, sharing responsibility for accounts and strategizing sales campaigns within your designated territory.
- Create territory plans, actively participate in sales calls, lead in-depth technical discussions, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions alongside customer technical teams.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes, documentation, and operational methodologies.
- Advocate for customer needs during roadmap discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the global Solution Engineering Team, Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales Enablement.
- Engage in industry events, customer meetings, and company offsite gatherings.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer (or in a similar capacity) within a SaaS or enterprise technology organization.
- Deep technical knowledge, ideally encompassing APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience guiding clients through intricate sales processes.
- Ability to clearly articulate the connection between technical details and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills.
- A methodical and composed approach to problem-solving, even in high-stress scenarios.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony environments.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
