Position Overview
As the Staff Product Manager on our Game Tools team, you will be responsible for the foundational game systems that enhance every title produced at Fortis, encompassing player experience, system architecture, and the tools that facilitate them. This role involves managing player accounts, compliance, social systems, and more, while providing clarity and direction across a broad and intricate landscape. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, game developers, and partner groups to navigate uncertainty, establish clear priorities, and deliver impactful results.
Your Contributions
- Develop and manage the product strategy for essential game systems, including player accounts, compliance, and social interaction frameworks.
- Influence the social dynamics of our games (e.g., referral systems, chat functionalities, guild features) to cultivate authentic communities.
- Foster strong relationships with leadership across gaming and partner teams, aligning business objectives with technical execution.
