About the job
Empower toddlers to explore their potential and discover their capabilities.
At Guidepost Montessori, our Lead Toddler Guides cultivate nurturing, purposeful environments that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners.
If you have a deep passion for early childhood education and aspire to lead a classroom that encourages exploration and autonomy, this is your chance to create a lasting impact on young lives.
Your Role
As a Lead Toddler Guide, you will oversee a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori setting thoughtfully crafted to support children during this critical stage of development.
Montessori guides create inviting, orderly environments that inspire exploration and promote independence. By observing closely, providing individualized lessons, and offering respectful guidance, you will assist each child in developing language skills, coordination, self-regulation, and confidence.
Your leadership will encourage toddlers to explore freely, make choices, and take pride in their achievements, laying the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning.
