About the job
Empower toddlers to explore their potential!
At Guidepost Montessori, our Lead Toddler Guides foster serene and purposeful learning environments that nurture curiosity, independence, and confidence each day.
If you are passionate about early childhood education and eager to lead a classroom that promotes exploration and self-discovery, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Your Role
As a Lead Toddler Guide, you will manage a mixed-age toddler classroom within a thoughtfully designed Montessori environment, supporting children through one of the most critical phases of their development.
Montessori educators create inviting, organized spaces that encourage exploration and foster independence. By observing closely and providing personalized lessons and respectful guidance, you will help each child enhance their language skills, coordination, self-regulation, and confidence.
Your leadership will inspire toddlers to explore freely, make choices, and take pride in their achievements, laying the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning.
