Your Responsibilities
- Closely observe each child to comprehend and support their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Design and maintain an aesthetically pleasing, organized classroom that encourages focus, independence, and exploration.
- Foster independence by motivating toddlers to “do it themselves.”
- Deliver lessons in practical life skills, language development, and social etiquette.
- Establish warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Engage in communication and collaboration with parents to support each child’s development.
- Facilitate classroom routines and collaborate with colleagues to create a respectful and joyful community.
