We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will primarily focus on New Hire Training and specialized job training to support our operations team. You will play a crucial role in implementing effective training processes to enhance skills, upskill employees, and drive performance metrics that align with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate all training enrolments efficiently.
- Design, prepare, and procure educational materials as needed.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for inquiries regarding New Hire Training and development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain organizational communication channels, including bulletin boards and newsletters, to keep employees informed about training events and resources.
- Collect feedback from both trainers and trainees after each training session.
2) Content Design and Development:
- Collaborate with the Content team to create engaging course materials based on training requirements.
- Develop modules and educational materials tailored to various audiences and delivery methods.
- Enhance learning by creating supplementary materials such as guides, manuals, reference cards, and certifications.
- Adapt training programs as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Ensure that all content adheres to established process standards.
3) Delivery:
- Conduct New Hire Training sessions.
- Facilitate Refresher Training sessions.
- Deliver basic and intermediate training modules as assigned by the lead/manager.
4) Evaluation:
- Conduct Learning and Development assessments during the recruitment process.
- Analyze training feedback (L1, L2, L3) and prepare comprehensive reports.
