WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead engaging training sessions in both live and virtual settings.
- Design and implement tailored Learning and Development programs aligned with business needs.
- Oversee and manage training data in accordance with Learning and Development requirements during new hire orientations, cross-skilling, and floor support sessions.
- Utilize data analysis to identify improvement areas and provide refresher training and knowledge management support to the business.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert expert content into engaging classroom, online, and blended learning solutions.
- Plan and manage project timelines effectively.
- Contribute to the enhancement of training processes and participate in various projects as required.
- Act as a bridge between Learning and Development and business departments to ensure alignment in practices and manage the scheduling of training programs.
- Drive innovation and process improvements within the Learning and Development function.
- Participate in any client-mandated training initiatives.
- Fulfill trainer responsibilities in line with organizational policies, which include training employees, assigning tasks, evaluating new hires' performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints.
- Monitor trainee progress throughout the training duration, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and conducting classroom training as per ramp planning.
- Employ effective presentation techniques, including innovative training methods and accelerated adult learning strategies. Adjust classroom agendas, timelines, and content flow as needed to ensure impactful training delivery.
- Guide and mentor trainee trainers in facilitation and presentation skills as directed by leadership.
- Engage in floor support activities such as On-the-Job Training (OJT), refresher training, and remedial training as necessary, ensuring program effectiveness from both training and business perspectives.
- Promote continuous improvement in program execution through documentation of existing processes and evaluation of potential scenarios.
