We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Corporate People Services Department. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or an early-career professional eager to embark on a career in HR within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration (Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Oversee daily administration of the LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand), which includes user enrollment, course assignments, and curriculum management.
- Track completion rates, generate reports, and follow up with employees regarding pending training.
- Resolve learner-facing LMS issues and act as the primary support contact for the platform.
- Assist in the rollout of new LMS features and support system upgrades or migrations as necessary.
Coordination
- Organize and manage all logistics for facilitation, including calendar invites, pre-session materials, attendance tracking, and post-session surveys.
- Collect learner feedback and collaborate with senior L&D team members to enhance program quality.
- Contribute to the creation of facilitator guides, job aids, and supplementary materials using MS365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Help develop and implement training communication plans, including drafting invitation emails, reminders, manager notifications, and follow-up communications in line with the comms team's standards.
