The Role
In the role of Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our People Operations Team. You will spearhead our Learning & Development strategies while also bolstering the overall People Operations function to craft an unparalleled employee experience. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing programs and resources that facilitate the professional growth of our team members. Whether you are conducting engaging workshops, refining the onboarding curriculum, or collaborating on various People Ops initiatives, your approach will reflect ownership, initiative, and an unwavering commitment to our organizational values.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of our annual Learning & Development roadmap.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Coordinate and participate in onsite events at Prompt HQ.
Design and deliver diverse training content across the company.
Support and enhance our Manager Training Programs.
Engage proactively with external training partners as needed.
Ensure all learning materials are well-documented and easily accessible.
Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using data-driven insights and ongoing feedback.
Integrate Prompt's culture and values into every educational interaction.
Facilitate tangible growth and career development for all employees.
Contribute to additional initiatives beyond L&D within the People Ops Team.
