The Role
Join our Talent Development team as a Learning Experience Designer and help us establish a cutting-edge learning ecosystem from the ground up.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone passionate about transforming concepts into fully developed learning experiences. Our agile team is actively engaged in creating programs, courseware, and experiences that facilitate employee growth throughout the organization.
The perfect candidate is a proactive builder—someone who can take a nascent idea, collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, design effective learning strategies, and produce a refined learning experience. This may encompass self-paced digital learning, blended programs, cohort-based experiences, or live virtual training.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to facilitate learning experiences, engage directly with learners, and influence the evolution of learning across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop captivating, modern learning content across various formats: e-learning modules, job aids, instructor-led materials, videos, and blended programs.
- Independently manage the complete design process from curriculum planning to development, applying instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) to transform complex subjects into clear and engaging learning journeys.
- Create dynamic, media-rich courseware using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Google Slides, Sana Live, and Sana Create.
- Utilize AI tools to expedite content creation, personalize learning pathways, and explore innovative modalities.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization to identify learning needs, design targeted solutions, and develop and assess outcomes.
- Work effectively within a small, high-impact team and contribute as necessary to shared responsibilities.
