RENT PROSPER is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to enhance our expanding Single Family Rentals Division in Orlando, FL. This pivotal role involves overseeing leasing operations for our diverse portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties.
In this position, you will engage directly with potential residents, facilitate property tours, and assist with the application process to uphold our exceptional occupancy rates and stellar service reputation. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel to various properties throughout the Orlando metro area using a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute leasing operations from both the office and in the field, managing inquiries, property tours, and applications.
- Travel frequently to rental properties across the Orlando area, up to approximately 45 minutes from the office.
- Conduct property showings, inspections, and coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective residents to convert leads into successful leases.
- Deliver professional and timely customer service to both prospects and residents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and notes are maintained within property management systems.
- Support marketing and leasing strategies to minimize vacancy rates.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of Property Managers and Leasing staff.
- Adhere to all Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.
