Primary Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Consultant, you take pride in enhancing the daily experiences of others. Your ability to build connections and engage in meaningful conversations makes you adept at addressing our customers' needs.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Transforming leads into community tours by effectively following up with prospects and providing insightful information about the community and surrounding area.
- Conducting personalized and informative tours of the apartment community that lead to new lease agreements.
- Fostering brand loyalty by ensuring that resident experiences are consistently outstanding.
- Creating buzz and excitement through proactive social media engagement.
- Working three weekends per month to connect with prospective residents during their home search, with two weekdays off.
