In close cooperation with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal, you will enjoy considerable autonomy in managing your caseload while benefiting from a supportive and experienced legal team. You will engage directly with senior management and operational groups, assisting them in assessing risks, seizing opportunities, advancing projects, and making well-informed decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing comprehensive legal advice on a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Supporting and engaging in negotiations with various stakeholders.
- Guiding the company through potential disputes and facilitating resolution pathways.
- Offering strategic legal insights on major projects.
- Assisting teams in navigating complex, novel, or high-risk legal issues.
- Interpreting legislative requirements and advising on their operational implications.
- Facilitating engagement with airlines, governmental entities, and third parties.
- Enhancing and maintaining precedential documents and legal processes.
- Streamlining processes for drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements.
- Assisting with insurance procurement and annual renewal processes.
- Overseeing the formal execution and documentation of contracts in compliance with company policies.
