Joining us means becoming a vital member of the Legal – Corporate/M&A team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Corporate and M&A processes. Role Overview
As a valued member of the Legal – Corporate/M&A team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Establishing and supporting gaming studios globally, which involves assisting in the drafting and negotiation of necessary documentation, coordinating with both French and local legal advisors, and organizing signing and closing procedures.
Providing corporate support to Voodoo's French and international entities, addressing issues related to corporate governance, implementing and monitoring employee incentive mechanisms (e.g., free shares, BSPCE), and supporting various corporate actions (such as capital increases and organizing shareholders’ and board meetings, along with drafting Power of Attorneys).
Assisting in M&A transactions conducted by the Voodoo group.
Providing legal guidance and solutions to our operational teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous internship experience in the Corporate/M&A division of a law firm.
Fluency in both English and French is essential, as the majority of the work will be conducted in English.
Demonstrated ability to be pragmatic, a problem solver, quick executor, and detail-oriented.
