About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), you will play a pivotal role in delivering an accelerated, comprehensive care experience for young individuals aged 7 to 25. This program is essential for acute patients requiring more than traditional weekly therapy sessions. Not only does the pediatric vIOP aim to prevent re-hospitalization, but it also ensures that members have immediate access to our core coaching, therapy, and psychiatric services once stabilized.
Daily Responsibilities:
In your role as a vIOP Therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment through telehealth, conducting individual, family, and group skills training sessions while managing a diverse caseload with various clinical needs. You will also carry out psych urgent care sessions, which involve risk and safety assessments and the development of stabilization plans. It is important to note that our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and we are committed to offering culturally responsive care that respects each individual's unique needs.
Regular Engagement:
Our therapists thrive on collaboration with peers who share a commitment to evidence-based care. You will participate in one-on-one clinical consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and comprehensive training sessions aimed at enhancing your clinical skills. You'll have continuous access to expert consultation and support for your most complex clients, ensuring you're never alone in your remote practice across the United States.
