Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Remote - Texas

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapists to become integral members of our team in Texas. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients facing a spectrum of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and intake evaluations to identify needs.
- Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to client objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary and evaluate risk factors for suicide or self-harm.
- Establish a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space for clients.
- Engage in ongoing education to keep abreast of mental health best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work (LCSW).
- Valid and active license to practice in Texas (LCSW).
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and various mental health issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation requirements.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or specialized training in therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care).
- Prior experience in telehealth services.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish-English) are a plus.
