Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a functional health environment and dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming their mental health challenges through holistic strategies. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide therapeutic services, and collaborate with a team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Utilize a holistic approach to mental health by incorporating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients on coping mechanisms, wellness practices, and self-care techniques.
- Stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment and integrate new methodologies into your practice.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
